Nick Winch is the Chief Executive Officer at Qirx. He proudly leads our team with a commitment to continuous improvement and a ‘people first’ approach.

Nick joined Qirx in 2006 and stepped into the role of CEO in 2018. He introduced systems and processes to streamline financial and client management resulting in a significant impact. His focus on relationships prioritised the implementation of client experience systems. Under Nick’s leadership, Qirx has seen a revenue increase of 30% per annum and grown our staff by 50%.

Previously, Nick worked for the Commonwealth Government across administration and technical roles. These experiences, particularly time with the NIES industry assistance program, inform a strategic management style that prioritises quality assurance.

Nick loves to talk sports and has a keen memory for detail, making him the guy everyone wants on their trivia team.
