We at Qirx recognise the importance of respecting privacy when collecting, using, disclosing, and securely managing your personal information.

Qirx is strongly committed to protecting your privacy and complying with your choices. Both personal and non-personal information collected is safeguarded according to the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act), the Information Privacy Act and Regulation (2004), and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) regulates the handling of personal information about individuals. We are committed to observing the applicable APPs and information handling practices. We understand this is a big responsibility and work hard to protect your information and put you in control.

If you would like a copy of the information which we hold about you or believe that any information we hold on you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading, please contact us.  We reserve the right to refuse to provide you with information that we hold about you, in certain circumstances set out in the Privacy Act or any other applicable law.  Qirx will not charge any fee for your access request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information. In order to protect your personal information, we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

If you have any complaints about our privacy practices, please feel free to contact us with details of your complaints. We take complaints very seriously and will respond shortly after receiving written notice of your complaint.
